Dashboard

IPsmartSuite Dashboard provides a dynamic icon-based interface on the Cisco IP Phones. This is similar to the icon-based look and feel of everyday mobile devices. The Dashboard leverages the Cisco touch screen enabled color 7970/71/75 and monochrome 7941/42/45/61/62/65* phones.

*Cisco IP Phone 7941/42/45/61/62/65 are not touch screen enabled and icons need be accessed using the ‘rocker’ key or phone keypad.

Dial Out

DialOut allows users to make a broadcast of a pre-recorded/uploaded message via IPsmartSuite to a Cisco IP Phone or regular PSTN/Cellular phones. DialOut removes the burden of a human operator to deliver the same message over and over to different individuals.

Paging

Paging is a capability that provides real-time audio/text/text-to-speech (TTS) messages to Cisco IP Phones. Paging allows a person using a Cisco IP Phone to select a predefined `Zone' phone number and then multicast their message to multiple phones within that ‘Zone’ instantly.
